PERSONAL DATA AND GENERAL PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Naymanlı Bilgisayar Bilişim İnternet Teknolojileri ve İnşaat San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. has a set of principles for the protection of its Customers' privacy rights.

However, obtaining customer information by others generally occurs through malicious individuals directly deceiving the customer, phishing, obtaining passwords with keyloggers, or solving easily guessable customer passwords.

Firstly, we emphasize that our customers should create complex passwords that are not the same as their username, do not contain their own and their relatives' names, surnames, village or town names, are not easily guessable like birth dates or vehicle license plates, and consist of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Our main principles for the protection of your privacy are;

• Naymanlı Bilgisayar Bilişim İnternet Teknolojileri ve İnşaat San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. adheres to the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standards it holds.
• Information transferred by customers during works and transactions cannot be shared with third parties and companies.
• It cannot share, reproduce, or sell data, files, private software, scripts, designs, or systems belonging to customers, acquired knowingly or unknowingly, with anyone, including its own personnel.
• It ensures that database/server maintenance/troubleshooting etc. tasks are performed only by authorized employees in accordance with the principle of confidentiality.
• The confidentiality and privacy of customer data, website, database, email correspondence, and all other data stored/published on EGESET are essential.
• No information, passwords, payment amounts, payment dates are shared with anyone, even from the customer's own company, except those whose names and authorizations are specified in the authorization form by the customer.
• All passwords created by customers via panels, such as FTP, Mail, Database, etc., are under the customer's own knowledge and record, and it does not keep records of these passwords through forms.
• It does not use the personal information and email addresses of site members for purposes other than communicating with the member/customer, sending newsletters, conducting surveys, and sending service-related warnings, cautions, notices, and payment notifications, and it cannot sell, allow to be used, or share them, in part or in whole, with third parties and institutions.
• Transactions made through the EGESET website are encrypted with a 2048-bit SHA2 industry standard and Extended Validation verified GeoTrust SSL certificate, operating between the user and the server, ensuring that third parties cannot see, sniff, or decrypt the personal information and credit card information sent during this process.
• Email, website, server, database, and other service contents belonging to our customer are accessible to our system administrators, and only system administrators see and check this information when resolving issues and problems, and based on the principle of customer data privacy, unauthorized viewing, sharing, reproduction, or distribution by third parties is out of question.
